IVR QA Analyst with Cyara

QA Analyst with Cyara (IVR Automation) experience needed to test IVR applications in both DTMF and Speech. This is a 100% remote assignment. All candidates must be US-based.

The qualified candidate must have the following skills/experience:

• Contact Center experience a must including testing IVR Applications for both DTMF and Speech
• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance
• Extensive experience with using Cyara (IVR Automation) and able to build automation scripts independently
• Experience converting business user stories and functional system requirements into detailed test cases
• Ability to provide and meet estimates for assigned deliverables. Establish priorities and coordinate activities with the team to ensure business requirements are met
• Contact Center testing experience preferred to have at least one of NICE or Genesys
• Familiarity in testing applications built with technologies like XML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, IIS Web server
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and QA responsibilities within an Agile Scrum Team
• Experience within financial domains is a plus

Additional Information:

• Familiarity in testing applications built with technologies like XML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and IIS Web server is a plus
• We follow Agile SDLC practices
• The test phases will be functional, regression, and integration testing, and UI testing with NICE inContact
• Experience with Database/SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with Java and C# is nice to have
