Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly experienced .NET Architect / Delivery Lead to drive architecture, modernization, and delivery of core banking platforms.
Ideal for a senior technical leader experienced in lending, loan servicing, note finance, or financial product platforms within large enterprise banking environments.

This is a hands-on architecture + delivery role working with both onsite & offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture & end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise-grade banking applications
Translate lending/loan servicing requirements into scalable solutions
Own architecture across .NET, C#, Angular, Python, Azure Cloud
Provide technical guidance on modern frameworks, APIs, security, coding standards
Drive modernization microservices, cloud migration, API development & integration
Manage delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and releases across teams
Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, security & business stakeholders
Create architecture docs, tech roadmaps, design recommendations to leadership

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years as Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Delivery Lead
Strong background in Banking / Financial Services
Hands-on with:

  • .NET / C# Architecture

  • Angular (latest versions preferred)

  • Python (API, automation, workflow)

  • Azure Cloud (Functions, App Services, APIM, Storage, SQL, DevOps)
    Experience leading onsite + offshore teams
    Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, integration patterns
    Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Nice to Have

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), DevOps automation
Regulated banking security, compliance, governance
Data analytics or ML workflow exposure
