Seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to Create and manage changes to the system without interruption to the user. Experience working administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, permission groups

Role and Experience

  • Create and manage changes to the system without interruption to the user
  • Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, permission groups, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
  • CRUD management & maintenance of user & system licenses
  • Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system
  • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
  • Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
  • Document company processes and workflows
  • Develop process documentation and field maps
  • Create new processes and associated reporting
  • Import data as appropriate
  • Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
  • Monitor, maintain & improve data quality
  • Create & maintain dashboards
  • Create & maintain reports including folder maintenance
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
  • Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
