Job Title: Senior Angular/Node.js Developer Healthcare Domain

Duration: Long Term

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Angular/Node.js Developer with a strong background in healthcare applications to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of experience in full-stack JavaScript development and a deep understanding of healthcare data workflows, compliance, and integration standards (such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular (latest versions) and Node.js frameworks.
  • Implement responsive and user-friendly UI components following best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications.
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet enterprise healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development environments, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Handle integration with healthcare data systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and APIs (HL7/FHIR).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance stability and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, PHI handling).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v8 or higher).
  • 5+ years of backend development experience using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with RESTful API development, JSON, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data models, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and compliance frameworks (HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of FHIR API integration and healthcare data exchange.
  • Exposure to DevOps and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
