Job Title: Systems Analyst (3 Hybrid Position)

Rate: DOE
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mondays and Wednesdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in Informatica, data integration, and automated testing. The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience working with ETL tools, data analytics, and scripting to support performance management systems or data warehouse environments. This role requires expertise in technical design, SQL development, Python automation, test planning, and defect tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter.
- Integrate data from Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF for Tableau visualizations.
- Write efficient and complex SQL scripts for data processing.
- Analyze data and act as a data analyst on analytics and data warehouse projects.
- Create technical documentation and diagrams using Visio, Erwin, and MS Office tools.
- Develop Python scripts for data testing and automation.
- Execute full lifecycle testing: plan, script, execute, track, and report defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to align on specifications and improve quality processes.
- Identify risks during testing and recommend mitigations to project teams and leadership.
- Maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with Informatica (IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter).
- 8+ years of experience integrating data from multiple technologies.
- Strong SQL scripting and performance tuning experience.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or warehousing projects.
- Strong documentation and modeling skills using Visio/Erwin and MS Office.
- 8+ years of experience in Python scripting for automation and testing.
- Experience in defect management and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time independently and in teams.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience improving automation frameworks and expanding test coverage.
- 4+ years working with AI-enhanced regression/functional test suites.
- 2+ years validating AI products or working with AI platforms.
- Familiarity with observability tools and scalable test infrastructure.
- Proven innovation in quality engineering or test automation practices.
