Job Responsibilities
- Maintain organized records of documents such as correspondence, contracts, technical documents, and manuals.
- Digitize physical contracts by scanning and converting them to electronic format.
- Verify clarity, completeness, and accuracy of scanned documents.
- Upload digital files to EDMRM system, ensuring correct naming conventions.
- Maintain document confidentiality and manage sensitive data securely.
- Troubleshoot issues related to scanning, digital conversion, and system uploads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in document control or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in using document management systems and digital tools.
Desired Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with document control procedures, compliance standards, and digital recordkeeping.
