About the Role

This position focuses on delivering top-tier technical support and ensuring a smooth experience for users across various devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile platforms. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations and upgrades, and maintaining equipment to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computers and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Install and configure software applications.
  • Set up and replace hardware components and peripherals like printers and mobile devices.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Assist with planning and executing system upgrades and expansions.
  • Respond to user inquiries by researching and resolving problems.

Skills & Tools

  • Desktop support, Windows 10, Active Directory
  • Troubleshooting, Office 365, SCCM, Intune
  • Mobile device support, A/V setup, Mac systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in IT support within a large organization
  • Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with endpoint management tools and desktop provisioning

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
