Job Details

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proficient in SAP Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Develop integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Familiar with SAP ECC HCM modules, especially Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP ECC HCM Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting (RCM), Learning Management (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM).
  • Experience with integrations from SAP S/4HANA and Dayforce.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, MIS, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • SAP Employee Central experience (certification preferred).
  • Dayforce experience (certification a plus).
  • Strong communication and customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Capable of working under pressure and in multicultural, multilingual environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate with both business and IT teams.
  • Experience in application integrations and business process improvement.
  • 2 5 years in related application support roles.
  • Willingness to travel (10% 24%).
