Job Details
Technical Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficient in SAP Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Develop integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Familiar with SAP ECC HCM modules, especially Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Preferred knowledge of SAP ECC HCM Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting (RCM), Learning Management (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM).
- Experience with integrations from SAP S/4HANA and Dayforce.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, MIS, Business Management, or equivalent.
- SAP Employee Central experience (certification preferred).
- Dayforce experience (certification a plus).
- Strong communication and customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Capable of working under pressure and in multicultural, multilingual environments.
- Proven ability to communicate with both business and IT teams.
- Experience in application integrations and business process improvement.
- 2 5 years in related application support roles.
- Willingness to travel (10% 24%).
