Analyst Team Lead (Remote)

Must have: Someone with greater than 5 years' experience, must have beacon and research cert, must be a leader on the team, extensive knowledge in all things beacon- team lead or management experience. Will manage the work, lead the team, grow analysts. Will do a lot of initial feasibility/solutions architect type of work, test script creation and review, will be responsible for some build work, but more focused on feasibility

Certs: research cert in addition to Beacon Cert

Provides problem solving and implementation skills, and/or as a team member to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems. Ensures that all systems are fully tested before implementation into production. Documents and describes complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments. Trains and educates users on system functionality and capability. Provides mentoring and training in the areas of system analysis & design, specification development and documentation, end user training and client methodologies. Provides 24x7 application support on rotation as needed. Years Experience: 10+. Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions: May lead multiple layers of resources. Reports to: Director or VP. Advanced Degree or Certifications: Yes, highest possible.
