Job Details
Title: HL7/FHIR Data Mapping/Data Migration Consultant
Duration: 12+months
Location: [100 percent Remote ]
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement healthcare data integrations using HL7 (v2/v3) and FHIR standards
- Lead or support migration from CCD/CCDA to FHIR, ensuring clinical and technical accuracy
- Map and transform clinical data into FHIR-compliant resources
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless EHR data exchange
- Build or enhance RESTful FHIR APIs to support clinical workflows and third-party integrations
Required Experience:
- 5+ years working with HL7 (v2/v3) messages (e.g., ADT, ORM, ORU)
- Proven experience in CCD/CCDA to FHIR migration projects
- Deep knowledge of FHIR Resources
- Familiarity with JSON/XML, REST APIs, and OAuth2/SMART on FHIR protocols
