- Experience in trading application support: 3+ years
- Experience in general PC tech support: 5+ years
- Experience in Vmware Horizon: 3+ years
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Knowledge of General TCP/IP networking
