Location: Everett, WA | 3 days on-site/week, 2 days remote/week
Duration: W2 Contract to FTE
Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate Range: W2 $36-75/hr *Negotiable based on experience level
Salary Range: W2 $75,000-160,000 *Negotiable based on experience level
Position Overviews:
We are seeking two talented professionals to join our team as a Business Process Analyst and a Business Process Architect. These roles are critical to our digital transformation initiative, focusing on documenting and optimizing workflows in electrical wiring harness and bundle fabrication. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to capture, analyze, and translate manual processes into digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with production operations, engineering, quality, IT, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Document workflows and user stories, focusing on factory floor processes such as track-and-trace.
- Translate manual, paper-based processes into digital workflows and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit and validate requirements.
- Develop and maintain Business Process Guides (BPGs) aligned with software requirements.
- Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and testers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and define test cases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Maintain traceability of requirements and support change management activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on wiring harness fabrication and related business rules.
Required Skills & Experience:
Business Process Analyst (Mid-Level - 5+ years):
- Strong Visio and flowcharting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in documenting workflows and business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Business Process Architect (Senior - 10+ years):
- Proven experience in business process architecture and BPM
- Ability to validate and ensure accuracy of documented processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BPM certification preferred
Soft Skills (Must-Haves):
- 70% soft skills: Curiosity, adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication
- 30% technical: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and systems documentation
