Role: Sr. Business Analyst ( Hexagon ETQ or equivalent QMS tools )

Location: Cleveland, OH, 44140

Description

Strong knowledge of QMS process areas (CAPA, NCR, Document Control, Supplier Quality).
Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and building process flows.
Hands-on experience with Hexagon ETQ or equivalent QMS tools.
Understanding of manufacturing operations, quality audits & compliance standards.
Strong skills in tools: Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel.
