Job Title- AEM Support Specialist
Location - Orlando, FL- Onsite (5 days work from office)
Contract - 1+ year

Rate - 50 Job Description: An AEM Support role typically involves ensuring the
smooth operation and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
platforms, including content management, digital asset management, and
other related applications. This role often requires a blend of
technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective
communication skills to support users and address issues efficiently. Key responsibilities of an AEM Support role might include:
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identifying, diagnosing, and
resolving technical issues related to AEM, including content authoring,
publishing, deployment, and integration with other systems.
- System Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Monitoring system
health, performance, and availability, and proactively identifying
potential issues before they impact users.
- User Support and Training: Providing technical support to users,
addressing their questions and concerns, and offering training on AEM
features and functionalities.
- Collaborating with Development Teams: Working closely with developers
to implement new features, fix bugs, and ensure seamless integration
with other systems.
- Managing Integrations: Supporting integrations between AEM and other
Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target)
and third-party systems.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintaining up-to-date
documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to facilitate
efficient support and training.
- Incident Management: Managing incidents through ITSM tools (e.g.,
ServiceNow) and following established processes for incident resolution.
- Staying Current: Keeping up to date with the latest AEM versions,
updates, and best practices.
- Security and Access Management: Managing user permissions, roles, and
access controls within AEM to ensure system security. Skills and experience often required for an AEM Support role:
- Strong technical skills: Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,
XML, and potentially Python.
- AEM expertise: Experience with AEM modules (e.g., authoring, publish,
dispatcher, replication, user management), CRX2 and OAK repositories,
and various AEM versions (e.g., 6.0, 6.5, Cloud).
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze issues,
identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate technical information
clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ITSM tools: Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or
Remedy for incident management.
- Agile methodologies: Experience with Agile project management
processes.
