Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
