Job Summary: Infinite is seeking an experienced QA Test Manager / Test Delivery Leader with deep healthcare domain expertise to lead quality assurance strategy and execution across complex healthcare platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end test delivery, regulatory compliance, automation strategy, and continuous quality improvement across payer, provider, and healthcare technology solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, hands-on testing expertise, and proven experience delivering high-quality healthcare systems in regulated, large-scale, Agile/DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end QA test delivery for healthcare applications, ensuring quality, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and governance models aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee testing for payer systems, claims processing, EHR/EMR, interoperability, and healthcare data platforms.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CMS, FDA, ONC, and related standards.
• Drive test automation strategy and implementation framework to improve coverage, speed, and ROI.
• Lead manual, automation, performance, security, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to align quality goals with delivery objectives.
• Establish and track quality metrics and KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, automation effectiveness, cycle time).
• Oversee API testing and data validation across complex integrations and interfaces.
• Enable and mature Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps testing practices across teams.
• Manage vendor and offshore/onshore QA teams, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development for QA engineers and test leads.
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and predictability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 3+ years in a QA leadership or Test Manager role.
• Strong healthcare domain experience, including payer, provider, or healthcare technology platforms.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare standards and transactions such as HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI, ICD-10, CPT, and claims workflows.
• Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit).
• Experience testing EHR/EMR and payer systems (Epic, Cerner, Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, or similar).
• Proficiency in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, RestAssured) and database testing (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps testing practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled testing or intelligent test automation.
