Title: L1 Monitoring Support Analyst
Duration: 6 months + Possible extension
Location: Evansville, IN
Must Haves:

- Someone who can work individually as well as part of a high-volume team
Technical Skills:
- 2-3 years' experience in a technical support, IT monitoring or system operations role demonstrating observability principles and best practices
- Specific experience in ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence (or other documentation platforms)
- Experience with monitoring tools and systems used to track and report system health / performance
- Tools: Big Panda, Grafana, OpsRamp, Elastic, AppDynamics Etc.)
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP /IP, DNS, HTTP etc.)and IT infrastructure (servers / databases / cloud services (AZURE & AWS)
- Familiarity with monitoring tasks and tools in relation to Azure or AWS
- Tasks: resource validation / virtual machines / storage and services within these platforms
- Tools: (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
- IT Certifications - CompTIA A+, Network+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar certifications are a plus
Salary and Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $35 - $39 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
