Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician II to join their team and provide support in the Des Moines, IA area. This tech will provide support for break/fix and project work, on PCs, Printers, POS systems, and other IT hardware.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • CompTIA A+ certification required
  • Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of computers and computer systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain documentation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and handle scheduling the work queue efficiently
  • Willing to work with others and share knowledge with the team
  • Willing to learn, friendly and personable
  • Able to keep a calm demeanor even when dealing with difficult situations


Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
