Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will manage multiple technology projects ranging from software implementation to data governance and process improvement ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth execution across project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid projects from planning to delivery.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee the implementation of COTS, SaaS, and custom software solutions.
- Track project progress and maintain key documentation to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Facilitate coordination between multiple project teams and stakeholders.
- Support enterprise-level data management efforts including migration and governance processes.
- Manage procurement activities related to project execution.
- Utilize project portfolio management tools to monitor status and resource allocations.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity of work during transitions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep knowledge of project management principles (PMBoK, Agile).
- Proficient in the full software/system development life cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex data migration and integration projects.
- Proven track record leading large-scale technology implementations, including COTS and SaaS.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project portfolio management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Azure DevOps).
- Experience managing procurement and vendor coordination within project environments.
