About this Position:

Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Follows the established SDLC of Medicaid IT Services and maintains documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manages and directs all phases of the project lifecycle for small to large projects using standard project management methodologies.

  • Develops work plans, controls scope and schedule, and ensures deliverables and milestones are completed on time.

  • Oversees communication plans, prepares status reports, and provides updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Identifies potential problems and facilitates resolution through recommended risk mitigation strategies.

  • Builds and leads collaborative, high-performing project teams and coordinates implementations within Change and Release Management.

  • Maintains project roadmaps and creates project-related dashboards.

  • Possesses experience with process writing, stakeholder feedback, and presenting to Senior Leadership

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, And Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Bi, Microsoft Project Web App, Microsoft Teams, Mainframe.

Required Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree and 6-12 years of project management experience.

Required Certification:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
