About this Position:
Job Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Follows the established SDLC of Medicaid IT Services and maintains documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Manages and directs all phases of the project lifecycle for small to large projects using standard project management methodologies.

Develops work plans, controls scope and schedule, and ensures deliverables and milestones are completed on time.

Oversees communication plans, prepares status reports, and provides updates to stakeholders and leadership.
-
Identifies potential problems and facilitates resolution through recommended risk mitigation strategies.
-
Builds and leads collaborative, high-performing project teams and coordinates implementations within Change and Release Management.

Maintains project roadmaps and creates project-related dashboards.
-
Possesses experience with process writing, stakeholder feedback, and presenting to Senior Leadership
