Description
We are looking for a dedicated Network Security Administrator to join our team in Grafton, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing network security for our organization and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for threat management services, addressing security concerns efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshoot escalated security-related issues and manage ticket requests with precision.
Participate in identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, ensuring ongoing network security maintenance.
Assist in implementing security products and supporting project tasks to advance organizational goals.
Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of client data at all times.
Collaborate with teams to enhance security protocols and improve system resilience.
Contribute to detail-oriented development initiatives, staying updated on industry trends and practices.
Ensure accurate documentation and communication of security processes and incident responses.
Requirements
Proven experience in cyber security, with a focus on application and enterprise security.
Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex security challenges.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including documentation expertise.
Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of network security principles and practices.
Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies related to security operations.
