Job Description:
Pay Range: $47.91hr - $52.91hr
- The Project Manager I is responsible for defining and executing project strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- This role drives project execution, leads discussions, facilitates decision-making, and maintains accuracy across project and portfolio management systems while promoting best practices and continuous improvements.
- Bachelor s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Understanding of innovation process functions and steps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including problem analysis, issue identification, solution development, and metric design.
- Ability to manage complex situations and develop feasible solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across organizational levels.
- Dynamic, results-driven, and highly agile.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in fluid situations.
- Consumer Goods or Consumer Health experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, R&D, marketing, or regulatory roles preferred.
- Define and execute project strategy aligned with brand and cross-functional stakeholder teams.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of project objectives.
- Drive scope, schedules, budget, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Lead project kick-offs, workshops, and regular meetings for milestone tracking and execution.
- Structure project team discussions and drive timely decision-making.
- Represent the project team in governance meetings and portfolio reviews.
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders proactively.
- Provide required project reporting and KPIs.
- Maintain project and portfolio management systems, ensuring accuracy and updates.
- Conduct after-action reviews and support continuous process improvement.
- Apply and share best practices within the project management community.

- Ability to work effectively with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams.
