Job Details

IT Infrastructure Manager Contract Length: 6-month Contract to Hire
Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Hybrid **On-site 3 days and remote 2 days per week**
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the team responsible for the organization s network, server, and security environments. This role focuses on keeping core systems reliable, secure, and aligned with the company s technology goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in IT or related field (advanced certifications a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in systems or network administration, with leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and cybersecurity principles
  • Skilled in DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise cloud/365 environments
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor infrastructure team members
  • Oversee network, server, storage, and virtualization platforms
  • Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Ensure strong security practices, including disaster recovery planning
  • Monitor performance and resolve issues related to capacity, reliability, and availability
  • Coordinate with vendors for support and service improvements
