AVA Consulting is seeking an ITIL Practice Owner/Developer II

Locations: Bloomington, IL, Minneapolis, MN and Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Description:

The Technology Process Analyst Sr: Major Incident, Problem Management, ITIL Practice Owner duties include developing, maintaining, implementing and training the organization on processes and process improvement initiatives. Manages Major Incident activities and communications, Facilitates Major Problem meetings to determine Root Cause and Permanent Fix. This is a highly visible role across the organization, working with every IT group.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to production incidents and coordinate engineering response efforts
  • Leads and facilitates cross-functional teams for Root Cause Analysis
  • Development of ITIL based processes, procedures & policies
  • Project management of the development of new or enhancement of existing processes
  • Effectively manage Stakeholder groups
  • Identification and development of Critical Success Factors, Key Performance Indicators and associated metrics
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with IT colleagues and business partners
  • Facilitate Business Engagement
  • Facilitate Management Escalation Calls

Requirement:

  • ITIL certification qualification at a minimum of foundation level
  • Background of working within the IT Service Management discipline
  • Experience facilitating Major Incident Bridges
  • Conducting Problem Management duties
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
