Job Title : Business Analyst (SAP Fieldglass)

Location: Tampa, FL (2-3 days a week Hybrid onsite)

Duration : Long term contract

Contract: W2

Job Description:

Lead Business Analyst responsible for implementing all core and strategic platforms and automation initiatives in the Staffing Office domain related to contingent work force. This role will work closely with both the business and technology teams for the implementation and support of a strategic corporate SaaS platform and middleware integration layer.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow.
  • Work collaboratively with Business stakeholders and other team members to document Business/Functional requirements and translate into user stories and technical specifications.
  • Responsible for the implementation and support of a strategic corporate SaaS platform SAP Fieldglass and TIBCO Middleware integration layer
  • Perform configuration and customization of SAP Fieldglass platform.
  • Review integration requirements, identify appropriate API connectors, and prepare technical specifications to support integration of the Vendor SaaS platform with internal client systems.
  • Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Business Analysis skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge and experience working with SAP Fieldglass platform or any other Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Experience configuring and customizing SAP Fieldglass platform or other VMS platform.
  • Hands on experience designing two-way system integrations using out-of-box API connectors available in SaaS platforms and TIBCO middleware. Experience with JSON, Web Services (REST / SOAP), XML, SFTP.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of business and technical personnel.
  • Experience working in an agile project execution. Experience with JIRA tool.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual to take initiative and master new skills quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of desktop tools and software for presentations, consolidation of data and process mapping - MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
