Role: SAP Program Manager

Job Description:
The SAP Program Manager functions as a Trusted Technical & Delivery Advisor responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customer investments in SAP RISE. This customer-facing role supports Large & Strategic Customers, owning technical discussions, landscape oversight, and coordination across SAP delivery teams throughout the customer's RISE journey.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer discussions related to technology and cloud service delivery.
• Support the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) in maintaining regular cadence with customer stakeholders and managing delivery expectations.
• Own and lead all technical conversations, orchestrating subject-matter experts across SAP delivery teams.
• Assist account teams and TechOps in executing the service delivery plan and roadmap.

Landscape & Architecture Ownership

• Maintain ownership and a deep understanding of the customer's SAP landscape and system interdependencies.
• Assess customer technical, security, and network requirements to ensure alignment with SAP architecture frameworks.
• Guide customers on Business Continuity, Security, Compliance, Network architecture, and Operational processes in cloud environments.

Technical Governance & Operations

• Conduct monthly technical and operational reviews to track progress against cloud architecture and roadmap.
• Drive issue resolution and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Present SAP private cloud offerings, engagement models, and technical architecture to internal and external stakeholders.

Migration & Integration Support

• Support migration roadmaps with System Integrators, partners, and SAP Professional Services.
• Provide expertise in S/4HANA architecture, conversions, migrations, and associated methodologies and tools.
• Understand integration scenarios with SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other SAP cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP product portfolio, cloud offerings, and industry solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, release cycles, platform interdependencies, and cloud operations.
• Knowledge of one or more hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of SAP Basis, SAP security, networks, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud security, cyber security principles, encryption, and key management (preferred).

Professional Skills

• Strong technical project management and customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong engagement management, relationship building, and de-escalation skills.

Work Experience

• 4+ years SAP Basis administration experience (Required).
• 4+ years customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
• 4+ years experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, and/or SAP implementation.
• 2+ years technical project management in SAP Operations or Implementations.
• Experience/certifications in SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA are strong pluses.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
• Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA is helpful but not mandatory.
