Oracle Fusion Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & WMS Business Analyst to join our team onsite in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), with a proven track record of gathering requirements, configuring modules, and supporting successful implementations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM and WMS modules.
• Configure and support Oracle SCM modules including:
• Inventory Management
• Procurement
• Order Management
• Shipping and Receiving
• Product Lifecycle Management
• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud solutions for warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Create functional specifications for technical team and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve SCM/WMS system issues and support users.
• Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of SCM/WMS processes with overall enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT during project lifecycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst, including 2+ years with Oracle Fusion SCM and WMS Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS implementation.
• Ability to write functional requirement documents and test cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite with minimal supervision.
