Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions to meet the unique requirements of our clients' field service operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives related to field service management.
- Define solution architectures, data models, workflows, and integrations to support end-to-end field service processes, including scheduling, dispatching, routing, and mobile workforce management.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis sessions to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs, including configuration, customization, and extension of OFSC functionalities to address client-specific needs.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for field service management, including resource optimization, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead system integration efforts with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and inventory management systems, to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients and project teams on OFSC capabilities and features.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies in the field service management space, and incorporate them into solution designs and implementations.
