Job Description
You will be a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control facility in Orlando, FL, working on a 4/10 Flex schedule. Our team is responsible for performing systems engineering roles, including supporting preparation for Design Assurance Reviews, Program Reviews, trades, analyses, requirements trace, gap assessment, technology development, Bid and Proposal support, and test planning and resource allocation.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of various reviews and analyses, including Design Assurance Reviews and Program Reviews. You will also be responsible for performing system design, planning, and execution of the program's technology into multiple new platforms, collaborating with multi-disciplined teams to achieve system design requirements, and overseeing the planning, scheduling, and performance of cost account manager (CAM) duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting preparation for Design Assurance Reviews, Program Reviews, trades, analyses, requirements trace, gap assessment, technology development, Bid and Proposal support, and test planning and resource allocation
Performing system design, planning, and execution of the program's technology into multiple new platforms
Collaborating with multi-disciplined teams to achieve system design requirements
Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and performance of cost account manager (CAM) duties
Performing requirements management, including definition and decomposition
Flowing system level requirements to testable structures using DOORS/Cameo or similar requirements management tools
Conducting detailed system verification activities, including definition of verification methodology
Conducting thorough functional configuration audits with verification evidence provided
Interfacing and presenting at technical reviews with program management, industry partners, and customers
