Salesforce Data Engineer/Technical Lead

Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Salesforce Data Engineer/Technical Lead

Mandatory skills

1. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience planning and executing data migration/conversion efforts for IT projects, involving Mainframe legacy system technologies, such as DB2/VSAM systems, and Salesforce database.
2. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing data cleansing and migration.
3. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience measuring data quality.
4. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing data mapping.
5. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience designing data transformations and integration from multiple data sources.
6. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing pre- and post- migration validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
7. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing data normalization quality.
8. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of hand-on experience supporting and working with Salesforce, Postgres, Talend, and OwnBackup.
9. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing and/or leading teams that performed the conversion of legacy systems containing over two hundred (200) million records.
10. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in data modeling and database design.
11. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and developing queries, rules, and reports.
12. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) from multiple disparate data sources, including data analysis and data cleansing.
13. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with relational databases using Structural Query Language (SQL).
14. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working on data migration validation/testing.
15. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in data modeling and database design.
16. Must have experience as a Database Administrator role on a project performed in the last seven (7) years with a contract value of at least ten million dollars ($10M).
17. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with data modeling tools.
18. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience using SAS, Data Flux, and/or Informatica Data Quality or similar data profiling tools.
19. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, Oracle BI.

Desirable skills

1. The staff must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with Salesforce.
2. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Snowflake.
3. The staff must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with Service Now ETL, Talend, or PostgreSQL.
4. The staff must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience establishing master data management strategy and solutions.
5. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with mainframe data storage, virtual storage access method (VSAM) files.
6. The staff must have experience working with IBM Query Management Facility (QMF) and IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) for z/OS.
7. The staff must have experience decomposing and mapping Binary Large Object (Blob) / Character Large Object (CLOB) data to normalization data repositories.
8. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with object-oriented programming.
9. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated FTE experience in the last ten (10) years writing and developing functional/technical documentation with emphasis on developing detailed requirements on a project valued at 20 million dollars or more.
10. The staff must have possession of at least one (1) of the following certifications, current and active (must attach certifications):

1) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

2) Certified Software Tester (CSTE) offered by the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI)

3) One or multiple levels of certification as an ISTQB Certified Tester by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)

4) ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 Software Testing Standard

5) ISO 9001 Quality Management System

6) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute

1. The staff must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years working with highly complex target application environments involving complex integration and multiple stakeholders.
2. The staff must have a minimum of five (5) or more years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years using issue management tools.
3. The staff must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years setting up and performing test automation using Tosca Testing Automation Suite
4. The staff must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with Motor Vehicle organizations implementing Salesforce solutions.
