Job Title:- Marketing Operations Manager / Analyst
Location: Remote (Needs someone from CA location close to Pleasanton, CA)
Duration: 6 Months – extension
Position Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager / Analyst helps run and improve marketing and SDR programs. The role focuses on reporting, analytics, and making processes more efficient. It involves creating performance reports, tracking KPIs, analysing trends, managing campaigns, and keeping data accurate in marketing and sales tools. Candidates need 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
Role Overview
- Support execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing and SDR programs across the full funnel
- Focus on marketing and SDR analytics, reporting, and operational enablement
- Partner with Marketing, SDR, Sales, RevOps, and IT teams to support revenue-aligned execution .
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & SDR Analytics
- Build and maintain marketing and SDR performance reports and dashboards
- Support KPI definitions across marketing, SDR, pipeline, and revenue stages
- Analyze trends, conversion rates, and funnel performance
- Provide insights to support optimization and capacity planning .
Campaign, Funnel & SDR Operations
- Execute campaign and SDR program setup, tracking, and lifecycle reporting
- Support lead routing, handoffs, and follow-up SLAs
- Enable closed-loop visibility from marketing activity through SDR engagement, pipeline, and revenue .
Marketing & Sales Technology Support
- Support day-to-day execution within marketing automation, CRM, and sales engagement platforms
- Assist with data quality, integrations, and reporting accuracy
- Support rollout and adoption of process and tooling improvements .
Attribution, Optimization & Governance
- Execute attribution and funnel reporting across marketing and SDR motions
- Identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
- Follow established reporting standards, data governance, and compliance requirements .
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, SDR Operations, or related B2B roles
- Experience supporting marketing and SDR performance reporting and analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
