Change Manager – Automotive Operations (Onsite)
Location: Jacksonville, FL ( Must be local)
Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (5–10+ years)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Change Manager to support operational change across an automotive processing and customization facility. This role is not IT-focused—rather, it is centered on driving adoption of new operational processes, updated workflows, machinery changes, safety standards, and product customization procedures.

The Change Manager will spend time walking the floor, meeting with associates, coaching supervisors, and ensuring that every team member clearly understands new processes and where to find resources when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in an operational environment and can translate complex changes into simple, easy-to-follow communications.

Mandatory Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field.

·         5+ years of change management and communications experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial environments.

·         Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

·         Must be comfortable spending significant time on the floor engaging with teams.

·         Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar).

·         Experience working in automotive, logistics, or manufacturing facilities.

·         Experience developing communication toolkits or training content.

·         Knowledge of process improvement, Lean, or operational excellence.

TWIC & JAX Port Badge a plus (or willingness to apply).
