Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Python & React)

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Python backend and React frontend expertise to support Global Trading applications. The ideal candidate will build and maintain scalable, high-performance web and data-driven solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams onsite in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Python.
• Build and support backend services, ETL workflows, and data pipelines.
• Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with trading operations.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.
• Participate in CI/CD, version control, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• Senior-level Python development (Pandas, ETL workflows).
• Advanced React with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure (AWS/Google Cloud Platform exposure is a plus).
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong SQL expertise (data modeling, query optimization, indexing).
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Designing scalable data ingestion pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
• Data curation and documentation best practices.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and security standards.
