Client is looking for a dedicated technical sourcer focused on the recruitment process for applications. The ideal person has good self-organization skills, learns quickly and can work autonomously to achieve results.

Client is looking for a dedicated technical sourcer focused on the recruitment process for applications. The ideal person has good self-organization skills, learns quickly and can work autonomously to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PERM recruitment postings on external and internal websites via Greenhouse.
- Manage screening of resumes received against role profile, and disposition accordingly.
- Working with SIE's immigration attorneys, document and provide qualification feedback on resumes for submission with applications.
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with the Hiring Manager.
- Strong ability to review resumes against skills and qualifications needed for the posted role.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sourcer role at a tech company.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Greenhouse or similar HRM/applicant tracking system.
- Ability to learn quickly and drive processes forward.
