Job Details

A global technology organization is seeking a full-time, direct hire Executive IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary, dedicated IT support resource for Senior Leadership - including the C-suite, Board Members, and their support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-touch IT support for executives and HQ staff.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, including advanced Outlook/Exchange calendar management.
  • Support AV setups and live events (board meetings, town halls, etc.).
  • Perform onsite IT tasks: hardware/software setup, connectivity troubleshooting, ticketing, and asset management.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting C-suite or VIP users.
  • Strong macOS + Windows expertise.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 and Cisco AnyConnect VPN skills.
  • Experience with device provisioning (macOS imaging, Windows Autopilot).
  • Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure.
Preferred
  • JAMF or Intune experience.
  • ITIL familiarity.
