Job Details

  • Telecom SME/ Solutions Architect, tech background
  • Execution and executive presence with stakeholders in KEY
  • Someone with extensive exposure to data and tech landscape
  • Domain experience within application architect
  • Expand TWs presence within Telecom
  • Cater to current and new clientele
  • Support pre-sales team
  • figure out if team has enough people to support specific projects, where we need to add on
  • Building the roadmap from scratch
  • Working with the Learning and Development teams
  • All industries will be considered: Telecom, Media and finance would be best

Technical Skills

  • 10+ Leadership experience in the telecom industry
  • Must have experience building large complex software solutions
  • Experience doing custom software solutions builds a big plus
  • Intimately familiar with SaaS based core technology systems and other SaaS solutions
  • Intimately familiar with the principles of network infrastructure management, service delivery and management, customer relationship management, billing and payment processing, regulatory compliance, network security and cybersecurity, etc. to specific industry applications
  • Experience of having led (or been a part of) Technology/Digital Transformation engagements in the technology industry
  • 15+ years of technical breadth and depth experience mix.
  • Support staffing to ensure we have the right technical leaders on the right engagements.
  • Balance the needs of our clients, our talent, and our business, helping to articulate the tradeoffs and run a profitable business.
  • Create and deliver Service Lines on forward thinking engagement models, and the execution of those engagement models.
  • Enable the creation of opinionated technology solutions for the telecom domain that demonstrate that can add a clear competitive advantage to our clients.
  • Understand and exercise pragmatic technology choices in build vs buy scenarios leading to an adaptable system that delivers the desired outcomes while balancing competing needs

  • Strong communication skills; ability to consultatively engage & influence CTO/CIO/Principal architect level stakeholders as well as Tech Lead level stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven track record of consulting skills
  • Ability to influence, align and activate TWers
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with leaders and functional teams within the region
  • Experience in technical sales
  • Willing to travel (Some travel)
  • Internally: successfully played a Technical Principal for a number of financial services accounts executing core/digital transformation engagement in the past
