Job Details

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Deep expertise in the latest releases of Oracle Bill Management, AR, and billing operations, with hands-on experience integrating with other back-office systems.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Bill Management functionality, including:
    • Available and upcoming features
    • Known product gaps
    • How to align these with healthcare provider/patient requirements
  • Experience identifying functional gaps, recommending workarounds, enabling Opt-In features, and collaborating with Oracle on product roadmap alignment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with Billing Operations, Accounting, and Internal Audit teams, understand workflow complexities, and propose scalable, system-aligned solutions
  • Should know limitation of Product issues in Oracle Bill Managements and its Lack of integration in oracle AR and provide pathforward for this

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience implementing Oracle Bill Management in Oracle Cloud Financials, Strong oracle AR expeirnce
  • Experience delivering self-service billing portals for patients, providers, or similar B2B/B2C customer-facing environments
  • Strong communication skills to work with Billing Operations, Accounting, and Internal Auditors, interpreting complex workflows and turning them into effective Oracle solutions
  • Demonstrated collaboration with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong documentation and solution design skills, with a track record of driving stakeholder alignment across business and IT
  • Experience designing and building PaaS extensions on top of Oracle Bill Management to cover gaps and deliver advanced functionality not available out of the box
  • Prior success in delivering credit card-style customer portals, where users can:
    • View consolidated statements
    • Select one or more transactions
    • Pay invoices partially or in full
    • Initiate and manage dispute workflows with supporting statuses
