About the Role
We re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you ll become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals from the OR floor to C suite follow-ups. You ll demonstrate our products during live procedures, guide surgeons on best practices, and help expand the reach of our orthopedic technologies.
What You ll Do
- Serve as the face of MicroAire to physicians, surgical teams, and healthcare providers
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical settings
- Build and grow strong, lasting client relationships
- Provide technical expertise and real-time support during surgical procedures
- Strategically grow your territory through account development and education initiatives
What You Bring
- Previous experience in medical or B2B sales (Medical Device Sales is a plus)
- Solid understanding of orthopedic procedures and OR environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for making a difference
- Bachelor s degree in a related field (Healthcare, Business, or Life Sciences)
