Job Details

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2+ years specifically managing ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM).
