Job Details
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2+ years specifically managing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM).
