RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Workday Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines
* The Workday Lead will perform business analyst functions, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
* Configure Workday Financials modules to meet business needs, including setup, testing, and deployment
* Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including accounting, finance, IT, and other departments, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Workday Financials
* Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Workday Financials
* The Workday Lead will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Financials, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
* Stay updated on Workday best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the implementation process

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with proven competence
* 3 years of experience working as an ERP System Administrator, preferably Workday, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, or similar top tier ERP financial system
* 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as business analyst, project manager, or project lead overseeing the functional direction of multiple projects
* Proven experience in implementing Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in configuring Workday Financials modules, including setup, testing, and deployment
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Experience in providing training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Workday Financials
* Knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Preferred:
* Workday certification in Financials or related modules
* Experience in leading Workday Financials implementations in a corporate environment
* Familiarity with data migration, integration, and reporting in Workday Financials
* Familiarity with Adaptive for financial planning and analysis
* Experience managing compliance and security with regulatory and audit controls, GDPR, CCPA, and SOC compliance
* Experience managing integrations with Workday, as well as data conversion and migration strategies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
