Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our onsite team in Frederick, MD.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Dynamics CRM (2013/2015+), .NET technologies, and integration frameworks.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying CRM solutions tailored to business needs with a strong focus on customization,

integration, performance optimization, and best practices. Experience in the insurance domain and Agile delivery models is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM components, including entities, workflows, plugins, JavaScript customizations, and business process flows.
  • Integrate CRM with external systems using REST/SOAP web services, queues, and messaging systems such as NService Bus.
  • Develop and maintain .NET-based components, including WCF services, SSIS packages, SSRS reports, and backend integration layers.
  • Participate in CRM deployment planning, execution, and production support activities.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to CRM 2013/2015 development best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing CRM implementations.
  • Contribute in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (custom entities, workflows, plugins, scripts, BPFs).
  • Proficient in .NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
  • Experience integrating CRM using REST/SOAP services and N Service Bus or similar messaging tools.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM Sales and Service modules.
  • Experience with or exposure to insurance-domain CRM applications (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of CRM 2013/2015 development standards and Microsoft best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and articulation skills.
