Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field is required.
-Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured data is required.
-Experience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools, such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint etc. is required.
-Advanced Excel skills are required.
-Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights required.
-Proven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders. Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamwork required.
-Experience in the use of next best action, customer lifetime value or churn prediction models preferred.
-Knowledge of SQL and Python as well as Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI is preferred.
-Must be a relationship builder.
-Requires intellectual curiosity, problem solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive oral and written communications and project management skills.
Job Summary: The Marketing Campaign Analyst supports the development, execution, measurement and refinement of multi-channel, multi touch marketing campaigns by partnering with other analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and 3rd party data and service providers.
-Together, they will develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.
-The Marketing Campaign Analyst sets pre-campaign analytics objectives and develops audiences and targeting.
-The analyst designs, coordinates, and schedules multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and maintains the marketing calendar.
-They will also provide comprehensive performance measurement of campaigns, perform mid-campaign adjustments and refinements, and report on return on investment and lifetime value contributions.
-The analyst will assist with the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies within our digital experience platform.

-Position may require occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary.
