Job Description
We are seeking a Manager to run the IT Service Area supporting an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution for BAE Systems Inc.. The individual will be a subject matter expert in CLM and work FT Remote. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to lead the on-going operations, incremental and continuous improvements of the implemented enterprise CLM solution, configuration management and associated change management activities. The Senior Manager of CLM will be a key member of the enterprise CLM solutions leadership team engaging in all aspects of strategy, planning, implementation, and operations, with a specialized expertise in the use of technology as an enabler to achieve business objectives and a competitive advantage, provide an exceptional user experience and ensure operational and cybersecurity compliance.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typical Education and Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Experience in Federal Government Contracts leveraging a CLM solution with experience optimizing process flows and efficiencies within the Contracts and Subcontracts disciplines.

Required Skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of CLM solutions through hands-on implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements and design (functional and technical)
  • Understanding of US government contract requirements, cyber security policies that govern such contracts, and implications on IT solutions
  • Takes the initiative to identify CLM service enhancements and/or process improvements by defining the CLM solutions roadmap to drive incremental and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives and technical innovation.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively at varied levels of management to articulate the understanding of their mission needs and requirements, and to communicate the value and benefit of BAE Systems solutions
  • Strong personal computing skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access, Project, One Note and PowerPoint)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
MUST have Federal Government Contracts leveraging CLM solutions
MUST have understanding of US government contract requirements, cyber security policies that govern such contracts, and implications on IT solutions
MUST have demonstrated experience leading requirements and design (functional and technical)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
