Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Oracle Developer / Consultant with over 12 years of experience in Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle EBS (ERP), and functional knowledge of Oracle Financials / SCM / HCM modules. This role requires a blend of hands-on development and functional consulting skills to design, develop, and support Oracle-based enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

< data-start="969" data-end="1008"> Technical Responsibilities:</>

  • Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

  • Customize and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications (R12/11i) in modules like Financials, SCM, HRMS.

  • Work on Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Apex.

  • Develop interfaces, conversions, extensions, and reports (RICE components).

  • Perform data migrations and integrations using APIs, Web Services, and Oracle APIs.

  • Conduct performance tuning for complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code.

  • Collaborate with DBA and infrastructure teams for deployments and system performance.

< data-start="1643" data-end="1683"> Functional Responsibilities:</>

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements.

  • Configure and implement Oracle ERP modules to meet business objectives.

  • Provide functional expertise on Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA), Procurement, and Inventory.

  • Conduct GAP analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support UAT.

  • Support users with issue resolution, change requests, and Oracle standard process alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience as an Oracle Technical/Functional Consultant.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 / Fusion Cloud (Finance, SCM, HR).

  • Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, XML Publisher / BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow.

  • Experience in end-to-end implementations, customizations, and upgrades.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle APIs, Interfaces, and Web ADI.

  • Good understanding of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and data modeling.

  • Familiarity with OAF, Apex, or Oracle Cloud SaaS is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM implementations.

  • Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, MuleSoft) or SOA/BPEL.

  • Oracle certifications in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle EBS, or Fusion Applications.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps tools.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
