Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital products within the CPG industry. This position is hybrid 3-4x a week in Cincinnati. This role is focused on driving innovation, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring compliance while delivering impactful solutions in e-commerce environments. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on management to create and execute product strategies that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launching, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps and ensure that projects are delivered within scope and timeline.
Utilize user feedback, market research, and analytics to refine and enhance product offerings.
Oversee the creation of data pipelines to support tracking, analysis, and optimization of digital products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards during product design, development, and deployment.
Partner with IT to manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of capabilities.
Lead user story development, solution design, feature implementation, and user acceptance testing.
Work closely with product marketing teams to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies.
Monitor product performance and implement iterative improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in digital product management, preferably within e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of user experience design principles and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations affecting digital businesses.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
