Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system
- Develop IVR systems using various technologies, scripting languages (e.g., GVP, GML, CCXML), and APIs.
- Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system
- Develop IVR systems using various technologies, scripting languages (e.g., GVP, GML, CCXML), and APIs.
- Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Debug and resolve technical issues within IVR systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with business teams and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor and maintain IVR systems to ensure stability and scalability.
- Document IVR designs, callflows, and application implementations.
- Provide technical support to other developers and end-users.
