Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Emissions Calibration Engineer to support the development and optimization of low-emission technologies for future regulatory compliance. This role focuses on achieving SULEV30 and PM1 emissions targets through vehicle system testing, calibration refinement, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
All necessary testing equipment, vehicles, and calibration tools will be provided. The engineer will work closely with internal calibration teams to support emissions development and validation efforts.

Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Emissions Calibration Engineer to support the development and optimization of low-emission technologies for future regulatory compliance. This role focuses on achieving SULEV30 and PM1 emissions targets through vehicle system testing, calibration refinement, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead calibration optimization for full-cycle emissions (Cold Start, Warmup, Hot Stabilized) to meet SULEV30 tailpipe targets.
- Maintain PM1 capability throughout calibration development.
- Support secondary air system development for emissions and OBD functionality.
- Conduct testing on US06 and NS06 drive cycles.
- Participate in test planning and resource coordination.
- Submit test requests and manage test scheduling.
- Perform vehicle flashing and data uploads.
- Support on-site testing and data collection activities.
- Track vehicle status including fuel and hardware configurations.
- Identify and report technical concerns to internal stakeholders.
- Provide calibration improvement suggestions based on test data.
- Conduct data logging, reduction, and summary reporting for calibration teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or related field).
- 3-7 years of experience in emissions calibration and testing.
- Strong understanding of SULEV30 and PM1 emissions standards.
- Experience with vehicle and dynamometer testing environments.
- Familiarity with calibration tools and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with secondary air systems and OBD calibration.
- Prior work with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers in emissions development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
