Job Description
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills for the Senior Engineer, ServiceNow IRM & GRC:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing ServiceNow IRM, with a focus on GRC processes.
- Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow GRC modules, including workflows, UI policies, and access controls.
- Strong experience delivering significant ServiceNow IRM implementations for large enterprises.
- Deep technical and functional understanding of the ServiceNow IRM suite, including Issue Management, Loss Events, Control Testing, and Risk Self-Assessments.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow application development and workflow management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
- Experience implementing IRM solutions in regulated industries like finance or banking.

Senior Engineer, ServiceNow IRM & GRC Overview:
The Risk Controls Enhancements (RCE) enterprise initiative is a modernization and consolidation effort of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and controls (GRC) solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Automate configurations and workflows to support risk assessments, controls testing, and issue management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members on IRM implementation and best practices.
- Participate in technical workshops to validate GRC/IRM requirements with business stakeholders.
- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications and modules to support the full risk lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow artifacts such as custom workflows, reports, and automation.
- Create and configure dashboards and reports to provide visibility into risk and compliance posture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex risk-related technical issues, providing ongoing support for implemented IRM solutions.
- Support platform governance by adhering to technical standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow IRM product releases, features, and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans for new configurations and features.
