About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our data team. As a key contributor, you will support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting tasks to help inform strategic business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates or individuals with a passion for data to kick-start their analytics career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.

  • Help maintain and update internal databases and reporting systems.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts and business teams on ad-hoc analysis projects.

  • Document processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).

  • Familiarity with SQL and at least one data analysis tool/language (Python, R, or similar) is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or project experience in data analysis.

  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Understanding of data quality, cleaning, and wrangling concepts.
