Title: Physical Security SME (Red Team Training / Instructor)

Location: Onsite in Minneapolis (Training delivery location)

Duration: Its only 5 days onsite (November 17 21, 2025) and then some time for deliverable to be generated

Travel & Expenses (T&E): Client pays T&E (As per user-provided information).

Client needs a Physical Security SME to go onsite to Minneapolis and do a red-teaming physical security assessment with the Health Group team, teaching them how to assess a building and secure it (on the physical security side). This consultant will then create a training documentation on as a deliverable.

Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Physical Red Team Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Instructor to develop and deliver a comprehensive five-day, instructor-led, onsite training program for the Healthcare team. The primary goal is to assist the client in building out their internal physical red team capabilities, focusing on training and documentation. The role involves customized content development and direct hands-on training delivery in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities and Tasks

The consultant will be responsible for two primary tasks:

Task 1.1: Development of Training Course Content

  • Develop customized training content focused on the physical red team assessment process, tailored to Healthcare's environment.

  • Course topics will include: pre-assessment activities, drafting and signing a Rules of Engagement (ROE), equipment/tools testing and maintenance, performing and documenting assessment tests/outputs, and final report writing/delivery.

  • Create and customize the following deliverables for the client:

    • Customized training slide deck

    • Customized training labs

    • Customized templates for all phases of the assessment process

    • Recommended equipment list, including tool explanation, function, and value for physical red team kits

Task 1.2: Delivery of Onsite Training (Estimated Completion: November 21, 2025)

  • Deliver the five-day, instructor-led, onsite training in Minneapolis, tentatively scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2025, through Friday, November 21, 2025 (40 hours).

  • Provide hands-on labs and equipment/tools for participants to engage with during the training demonstrations.

  • Conduct a walk-through of the entire physical red team process.

  • Review and provide the finalized slide deck, customized templates, and recommended equipment list to United Healthcare participants at the end of the engagement.

Requirements and Logistics
  • Experience: Proven expertise as a Physical Red Team SME is required.

  • Availability: Must be available to begin work on or after October 15, 2025.

  • Onsite Commitment: Must be available to be physically onsite in Minneapolis for the full five days of training (Nov 17-21, 2025).

  • Equipment: The onsite trainer must provide all equipment and tools used in the training demonstrations.

  • Travel & Expenses (T&E): Client pays T&E (As per user-provided information).
